SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Dockyard Models will endeavour to use the most cost effective and secure means of getting your parcel to you. For smaller items, this will be Royal Mail, with proof of delivery.  For larger items, contact us for advice.  Please note that a one of shipping charge of £2,70 will be added to orders for ORCA 3D items, regardless of order quantity. For store items, call us for advice.

 

All orders are processed within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Once your order is ready for dispatch, an email will be sent.  Some items may be available for local delivery or collection.

Due to complexities relating to overseas orders, we are unable to despatch to addresses outside UK postcodes and some UK postcodes may be subjected to premium charges. These postcodes are : AB, BT, IM, HS, IV, KA27, KA28, KW, KY. PH, ZE, DD, JE, GY, Isle of Wight and PA20 and above.

Aerosols and certain batteries may be unavailable to send to certain postcodes due to courier and Royal Mail restrictions. We will contact you if this is the case.

Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

 

All returns must be postmarked within twenty eight (28) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with original labels attached.

Return Process

​

To return an item, please email Dockyard Models at info@dockyardmodels.co.uk to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and details of postage. Place the item securely in its original packaging with the return form emailed to you, then mail your return to the address in the email instructions.

Refunds

 

After receiving and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from receipt of your item for this process. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
